I watched this on Oprah and couldn't believe what I was seeing - What an inspirational person this man is - I then found his entire lecture on you tube and watched it and OH MY GOODNESS - he lost his battle with pancreatic cancer last Friday and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I found his lecture to be so helpful and if you have the time please go and see it - you wont be sorry! Hey, git posting woman!

Dit Kom Soos n' groot kak hey - its like one min youre gearing up for xmas and new year and before you know it its nearly Feb - I can tell you one thing I am tired of this bloody cold weather hey. First time in years I have been this cold. As anyone that knows me, Supertramp is my ultimate mostest and bestest in the westest band so this ones for you honbun. Awww you big softie moonie :-). Yesterday was great, 24C and a 250km ride on the bike - wonderful!
