This is the most common variation but I will give you other variations at the end. Makes 20. 4 sheets puff pastry. Cool on wire racks.

Ceux qui en ont le plus besoin le plus souvent se sont les accidentés de la route, les gens qui ont des maladies graves comme les leucémies, les cancers. Les hémophiles, les nourissons qui sont nés avec un sang incompatible. Ils sont ceux qui en ont le plus besoin, car le plus souvent leur vies en dépend. Le fait de donner son sang est un acte d'une trés grande générosité.
