The highlights and hijinks of the Butler family! Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Today is Larry's birthday. He thinks I forgot to wish him a happy birthday and had to be reminded, but he is wrong. I didn't take the time to say anything to him this morning because even though he was talking to me, he was SNORING so I knew he was still mostly asleep. Tuesday night Larry had a school board meeting and came home with the roster for the kids' classes next year. It took my breath away to see my firstborn baby's name under the KINDERGARTEN heading. Oh my goodness - is my boy really going to school all day, every day come August? I know he's ready for it, but am I? Didn't we just bring her home from the hospital a few months ago? The highlights and hijinks of the Butler family! Thursday, July 31, 2008. My mom and I went to the Van Wert (Ohio) Cinema yesterday afternoon to see Mama Mia! And it was money well spent. The amount I spent there on our admission and concessions was cheaper than the price Larry and I paid for tickets to see Step Brothers in Fort Wayne last weekend. WOOHOO! I give it two thumbs up!
