Ragnar Wasatch Back is now one of my favorite relay experiences ever. The views along the course were gorgeous, and it was very challenging. Between being at altitude, the hills, and the 90 degree weather, it was definitely the hardest relay I've run so far. And I loved every minute of it! Exchange 6 in Liberty, Utah.

This weekend my brother. Please read about their experiences at their blogs. October 9, 2007 at 1:45 pm. Yesterday I went out for a short run. I haven’t been running in forever and my foot is still a bit tender, so i wasn’t sure how it would go. The temperature was in the 80’s , which was a bit higher then i would have liked. I did a run 4 walk 2 pass for about 20 minutes and decided that was a good first run back and called it a day. It was good to be running, but definitely need to work my way back up.

Friday, September 4, 2009. Just Keep Running.Continues. To All of Our Blog Followers. I am now blogging with my daughter on JustKeepRunningLasVegas.com. Come visit and follow us while we train for the Las Vegas 1/2 and full Rock N Roll Marathon on December 6th! Thursday, July 23, 2009. We trained for 17 weeks. We ran close to 300 miles. We sent out over 50 emails to 58 people. The CCFA team had over 550 people. Had the largest team with 96 people. We raised over $2.4 million. That is $206,000 per mile.
