I started with my. 7:30 Banana and a little milk. 9:30 I had half a glazed donut at work, and tossed the rest as I couldn’t stomach the sugar. ( not really a donuts eater anyway so that’s a plus). 11:15 2 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter. 1:55 a turkey sandwich on toasted bread, slice of cheese, mustard. This brings me to some tips.
