I hate those mornings where you wake up with a startle because you’re pretty sure you’re dad hasn’t left for work yet. So you jump out of bed, accidentally wake the baby, only to find dad has already left and you just slept through it all. You now have two options; try getting the baby back to sleep which could take 5 mins or 2 hours or give up and come downstairs, put CBeebies on and make yourself a large coffee.

A little about me and the life I choose to live. 100 things about me. The summer that never was…. This summer has just flown by. Not to mention, I seriously was blindsided by the fact that I have to go back to work next Monday. It’s been such a whirlwind and I know that the main reasoning for that is the fact that I had surgery. It seriously took up most of the summer, from pre- surgery fun and planning to post-surgery recovery. But it WOULD be nice for one more week of summer! Oh how things change.
