Just me thinking out loud. August 20, 2014. When I went to the UU church last week, the congregation sang “ Blue Boat Home. 8221; I don’t remember having heard the song before. For me, the lyrics seemed to beautifully sum up some basic premise of the UU church. We are each on a journey, and each of us deserves respect and love no matter where we are on that journey. I have been fortunate to experience hearty laughs with friends in the past weeks, but it would be nice to have a good cry.
