Hollywood Photography: New Purpose for This Blog
http://hollywoodphotography.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-purpose-for-this-blog.html
In My Camera Bag. Sunday, January 3, 2010. New Purpose for This Blog. I am posting most of my pictures at my personal blog, Moving Forward. And I think I am going to make this blog one that gets pictures that I like but maybe others won't. Make sense? So, if you're looking at this blog and thinking why the heck is she sharing these? Well, because they appeal to me on some level and I'm not quite sure what to do with them. Thank you for taking time to leave a comment. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Piecing together moments of my day. February 23, 2011. After visiting DC cupcakes last October, I have been mildly fascinated with cupcakes. One of my new favorite recipes is a carrot cake from Allrecipes.com. Generally, I alter the recipe by cutting the sugar in half and substituting applesauce instead of oil. Since it is healthy(er), we renamed it “Harvest Bread.”. Very tasty without any of the guilt…. With Homemade Creamcheese Frosting. From → Uncategorized. December 20, 2010. From → Uncategorized.

Piecing together moments of my day. February 1, 2012. I am always surprised when people scoff at making goals at the beginning of a new year. I love goals and I love fresh starts; New Year’s brings the two together. The hope of change motivates me, spurs me, entices me. For 2011, I made two staggering resolutions. First, I gave up soda. (I am still amazed at this one. I love soda! Today started the last of my New Year’s Resolutions. I am going to blog regularly, 4-5 times a week, and I am going to do a 3...

A Wierd Day with Repercussions | Patchwork Moments

Piecing together moments of my day. A Wierd Day with Repercussions. March 2, 2011. Yesterday was a weird day. I have more of those than I should admit. I wandered around the house, not really accomplishing anything. Finally, I found myself looking at my trash cans. They were full of .paper and cardboard. I thought. My family recycled. Obviously not. I had a knee jerk reaction. Could my family make it through a month buying only recyclable items? Searching the kitchen for the recycable symbol encouraged me.

It’s Messy! | Patchwork Moments
https://patchworkmoments.wordpress.com/2011/06/23/its-messy
Piecing together moments of my day. June 23, 2011. Usually when I talk about things being messy, I am referring to my house, particularly my kitchen. Lately, my life is what seems to be a mess, and when it is messy, it is hard. By getting out there more and being deliberate with non-believers. And building more than superficial relationships with other Christians, I find. Myself in more and more difficult situations. Sometimes they are minor situations; sometimes they are significant.
