Private lessons are invaluable for all clients as. Each session is designed to address your individual needs. Specific problem-areas (the lower back, for example) can be targeted by an exercise, but always in relation to the rest of your body. Your body will be different to another and in an individual session your teacher will guide you on how best to gain control and ease of movement for yourself. Private lessons last 1 hour and can be scheduled weekly, monthly or on an ad-hoc basis.

R 8000 per class. R 35000 per lesson. Classes and private lessons are paid monthly and in advance. A typical 4 week month, attending one class per week or attending one private lesson per week would be R 320.00 and R 1400.00 respectively. Payment is gladly accepted in cash or by electronic banking. Cancelled classes are non refundable. If 24 hours notice is given and if there is a space in another class you will be able to make up a missed class within that month.
