Playing its part in the Derbyshire Literary Festival with a full weekend of special events. On Saturday 16th May, Derbyshire Poet Laureate, Helen Mort. The last few weeks have bought a little bit of a rest over the Easter weekend which allowed some cycling in and around York with Eve and her sister Mich and other half, Martyn. If you really like our coffee, then you can take a bag home, freshly ground for use in your home cafetiere. Similarly. Getting back into the market season including Nether Edge with this fine moustachioed chap (Snap Deli's Jess's other half, Gerald). May brings with it, Tideswell Food Festival, Bakewell Spectacular, Renishaw Hall Food Market, Sheffield Food Festival and possibly a few more! Making lots of stock as usual with the finest ingredients, like these amazing green tomatoes and the finest help (thanks Eve Rowland x).

Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Summertime and Le Tour! The Sheffield Food Festival took place at the end of May over the bank holiday weekend and it was fantastic! The weather was not and we spent half of the Friday tipping pools of water from our stall roof. The Snap Deli team made some delicious Bakewell Tarts and Flapjacks using our preserves and the Sheffield Food Books flew out. This is the furthest our jam has got (Rodenbach, 30km from Frankfurt) so far, I think! The Tour de France is coming! Just Preserve...
