Pineapple Chicken and Fried Rice. If you're after a filling hearty dish that is full of protein and complex carbohydrates then look no further, full of flavour and empty of processed stuff found in modern day meals this dish ticks all the boxes and simply sticks to the basics. 500 grams of chicken breast diced. 1 cup of brown rice. 1 can of crushed pineapple drained or half a fresh pineapple diced. 1/4 Cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce. 1 Brown Onion thinly sliced. 1 Leek thinly sliced. 1 Tbls Crushed Garlic.

Just Results Personal Training. Had to share this disgustingly brutal and simple routine that my wife and I completed this morning after much self questioning. Grab a kettlebell and have a go. 20 x Squat Presses. 20 x Tuck Jumps. Minimal rest, repeat for 10 sets in total. I got home tonight from work and simply was on a warpath with energy to burn so had to do something worthwhile on the training front. Oddly enough my 8 year old son was keen to join the mix as well which added another interesting dynamic to the session however I'll explain that at a later date. 20 x Kettlebell Swings. 10 x Thrusters (Squat Press the KB). 10 x Tuck Jumps. Run 300-600 metres or 3-4 minutes. Rest as required and repeat 5-6 times. Create a free website.
