Sunday, February 19, 2012. Not every ride is a great one . . . Well every time you go out can't be your best time out. I had a quick 3 mile ride because my rear hub decided it wanted to retire. Hence a few days off after the ride on the 11th. For some crazy reason I decided to head to J-ville and punish myself with Keller N Crew. Ouch I was a bit sore.
