Monday, 30 September 2013. Pure Bread . Pure Gold. Well, that was definitely a wet weekend! When the weather turns it really makes me want to bake, unfortunately, with all raining this weekend it also makes me want to hibernate. Instead of productively baking I went to a bakery. PURE BREAD. Its as good as it sounds, shortbread base, with salted caramel center with a dark chocolate top! So before you head home after a day of skiing make a point of stopping in function junction and load up for the trip home.
