Just some place to write. So, it’s been a while 📆. August 24, 2015. So, it’s been a while because I’ve had a really good couple of weeks – an excuse I think is an acceptable one! The last two days of work experience which followed were transformed – there was no nervousness on the train, I actually enjoyed eating my breakfast and my lunch and I was not worried about a sudden bout of anxiety. So for now I am in a good place, focusing on the things I have to look forward to, as I know I always should.

Why not write down these positive viewpoints and maybe I will look back in a few months time and see how far I have come. I am going to continue to talk myself out of this negativity, whatever it is and I am going to write my thoughts down, and I am going to get better. Just some place to write. So, it’s been a while 📆. August 24, 2015. So, it’s been a while because I’ve had a really good couple of weeks – an excuse I think is an acceptable one!
