Happy Thanksgiving
http://www.cattailsandneedles.com/2013/11/happy-thanksgiving-2
Cat Tails and Needles. Wishing those in the USA a very safe and happy Thanksgiving! We’re in for some heavy wind and rain so I hope that everyone who is traveling stays safe and warm. Here are some recent finishes that Faye from Carolina Stitcher finished for me – thought I had a better picture but guess I don’t – the finishes are really nice. And some recent stitching finishes. And my Jelly Roll Race Quilt front and scrappy back (which is now at the long-arm quilter for finishing). November 26, 2013.

Update | Stitched in Wales
https://mollycaff.wordpress.com/2012/04/21/update-2
Skip to primary content. April 21, 2012. Why is it that any time off you have from work seems to fly by so quickly? I was off for a total of 11 whole days and yet once I got back to work it felt like I’d never been away. Phill did not have time off with me, so I split the time between catching up on all the housework that needed doing, and being completely lazy, watching silly films and reading. A perfect week lol. The chart is from the Gift of Stitching Magazine. I also made a little scissors fob...

TUSAL update | Stitched in Wales
https://mollycaff.wordpress.com/2012/03/22/tusal-update
Skip to primary content. March 22, 2012. I’m killing two birds with one stone in this post, by sharing my TUSAL update for this month and also showing you the reason for all the red threads in my TUSAL jar! I’ve made lots of progress on Ribbon Sampler, and have now finished three full pages, apart from a small section of the middle page which is satin stitch not cross stitch and which I’m leaving until later on. This entry was posted in Uncategorized and tagged TUSAL. 10 thoughts on “ TUSAL update. You a...

Kindle experiment | Stitched in Wales
https://mollycaff.wordpress.com/2012/03/25/kindle-experiment
Skip to primary content. March 25, 2012. While I was browsing around one of the stitching forums last week I saw a post by someone who had found a website selling bean bags for Kindles/Nooks/iPads etc. While I thought this was a great idea, when I looked at the site I found that they were charging $23.95 each. I decided that I would try and make my own version, so after a bit of googling I sat down at my sewing machine and made my first attempt. This entry was posted in Uncategorized by Sandra. Mumbles day out | Stitched in Wales
https://mollycaff.wordpress.com/2012/04/23/mumbles-day-out
Skip to primary content. April 23, 2012. Here’s two friends enjoying the view. Mumbles lighthouse in the far distance. The city centre of Swansea. The tallest building you can see there is an apartment building, which has a restaurant at the top. Which looks out over the bay. We were going to have lunch there, but neither my mum or I are that keen on heights and as it is the tallest building in Wales we didn’t think we’d do too well up there lol. Bramblewood Stitches: 1/1/14 - 2/1/14
http://bramblewoodstitches.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 23, 2014. I can't believe it has been two months to the day since I last visited this corner of my world. Here's a quick update on some of what has been going on. We have all been battling one type of crud or the other off and on, there were family visits, a wonderful Christmas and New Year's holiday season, job challenges, days of cleaning out closets and rooms, and winter storms! The following are a few of my favorite happenings. Floating displays on the pond. The cousins all together.
