I need fresh things. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Surgery on Thursday went well.turned out to be endometriosis. Whole ovary and fallopian tube removed, which they were trying to avoid. I'm really not bothered by this - no need for concern/condolences. Private room in hospital was a lovely treat. Morphine was not my favourite. Have just been, obviously, in recovery mode. As the light fades . . . The lithium increase is not only linked to the shorter days. About six months ago, we began to go to a personal trainer and K upped her level of physical activity. The result is that her body seems to metabolize the lithium more quickly, so she needs a slightly higher dose. At least, we're hoping that some of the dips in her mood will be stabilized by the increase. Things are good, though I need to bring my stress under control. Posted by synergy @ 9:04 AM.
