Sunday, February 26, 2012. X-Country Skiing Is In Our Future. It was a very pretty, very windy day. At one point Kate would have totally fallen down, but I'm certain the wind held her up. Adam braved the wind for about an hour before I could tell he had had enough. I like the following picture because it shows both girls on their bums, Kate is actually flat on her back. There was a LOT of falling, but they both stuck it out and tried hard; which I think is terribly important. Water in It's Various Forms.

Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Our town displays selections from all the elementary schools, Kate's line drawing was selected and hung proudly at Town Hall for awhile. This is a shot of a neighbors house. See the trees in the background? Half of one of those fell during a rainstorm. It didn't do too much damage, but they did have to lift that huge branch over top of the house.
