Loving the Lord loving the church loving my family. Friday, April 28, 2006. Steve has been away for a full week. They will all be back in less than 24 hrs. It is always a bitter/sweet time when He is gone. I miss him sooooooo much and yet I am so happy that He can serve the Lord during this mission trip. rebuilding houses and sharing the gospel with our youth! While we are apart, I find myself writing a lot during that time, usually reflecting on our relationship. God has been so kind to me! This week is...

Loving the Lord loving the church loving my family. Saturday, September 30, 2006. It amazes me how quickly one year passes. I was inspired by my sister in-law who is always so good about keeping us current with pictures. Unfortunately, I am not wired this way. So my picture frames and the grandparent's picture frames always have very out of date pictures (I still have a photo of Gabi at age 2 and she will be 4 in 2 weeks.). Loving the Lord loving the church loving my family. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. O Sacred Head, Now Wounded. Oh what a sweet song and sweet words about my Sweet Savior! O sacred Head, now wounded, with grief and shame weighed down,. Now scornfully surrounded with thorns, Thine only crown;. How pale Thou art with anguish, with sore abuse and scorn! How does that visage languish, which once was bright as morn! What Thou, my Lord, hast suffered, was all for sinners’ gain;. Lo, here I fall, my Savior! With onl...

Loving the Lord loving the church loving my family. Tuesday, May 30, 2006. This was very funny and so cute. After lunch Gabi had some of her fruit smoothie on her forehead. she like to get every drop. I asked her to come here so I could clean off her forehead. She said mom. is it my forehead or my Five-Head. I just had to chuckle. She was totally serious. Posted by Linda @ 7:04 PM. 5 comments. Click to add comment. Links to this post. While traveling from Vermont to Pennslyvania to Kentucky to Indiana and back all within 11 days, and oh yes, with 3 children under age 4, we acquired about as many stories as we had scattered french fries through out the van. One the first leg of our journey. we stopped after 8 hours of driving at strangers house. Well, not exactly a stranger. This summer, NETS. Posted by Linda @ 1:24 PM. Humble...
