Saturday, 12 April 2014. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Larabar. This is my all time favourite flavour larabar but because I live in the uk it's quite expensive to get hold of them. I decided since they are made with such simple ingredients they wouldn't be so hard to make! So here is a single serving choclate chip cookie dough bar. 10g dark chocolate chips. Shape into whatever shape you want and store in the fridge to keep it firm. They are soft and crumbly and also make great Dunkers for your tea/coffee!

The canned enchilada sauce - in this case, La Victoria (mild) brand - makes a world of difference in terms of taste. I've made enchilada sauce from scratch in the past, with so-so results.
