Me, Myself and English. My English learning journey. May 6, 2013. Are we those baboons? When you think about it, we ARE those baboons, because baboons can build a society where everyone helps each other and provides protection, food and knowledge to everyone in the pack. Baboons can also tolerate low temperatures, just like we Finns🙂. You are what you know…or are you? Future life is in the future →. 3 comments on “ Finnish school system. May 7, 2013 at 5:32 pm. American English: How I learned English
http://type-english.blogspot.com/2012/09/how-i-learned-english.html
Keskiviikko 5. syyskuuta 2012. How I learned English. I was born in Minnesota, USA so you can guess how I learnt English. I lived in Minnesota most of my childhood with my mother, father, older brother and younger brother. I never remember learning English at school or at home, I only remember speaking it to other people and learning new words. 6 syyskuuta 2012 klo 22.22. 11 syyskuuta 2012 klo 0.01. 10 syyskuuta 2012 klo 1.18. https://htero.wordpress.com/2012/12/16/my-trip-to-the-north
I'm 16 years old and I'm from Finland. My trip to the north. Two years ago I and my family made a holiday trip to Levi, which is a fell in Lapland. We went there because we like downhill skiing and it’s one of the best places in Finland for doing it. It is a thousand kilometers away from where I live, so it took over 14 hours to drive there! And of course another 14 hours to get back home. It was really boring to sit in the car for that long, but I think it was worth it. Reindeer were one of the things I...

Being young today | About me
https://htero.wordpress.com/2013/01/28/being-young-today
I'm 16 years old and I'm from Finland. I think being young is easier now than it was, say, 30 years ago. Back then young people were a lot more restricted than they are now and they didn’t have as much time as today’s young people. And I think it’s good that we are more free because most of us youngsters are not idiots. But what does a young person like me do? It just doesn’t make sense to me. I like the way things used to be.
