Focus on Health and Fitness. Hooray for the fun fitness workouts. Saturated fats are not so bad! On: July 24, 2009. Fats cant be so bad, can they! I think the message in the new book by Jennifer McLagan that fat has a undeserved bad reputation is particularly worrying. Every now and then, we have these new studies, books or other authorities that refute what we know so far and claim that their evidence proves otherwise. However, they have the same level of blood pressure as those industrialized countries!

And it's a subject that I am still chewing over, and finding remarkably difficult to digest. I work for a Labour MP, who has received a number of requests to sign an Early Day Motion which calls for a debate on the law on assisted dying and assisted.
