Hi, I am Jon, filling in my retirement by doing crazy things like walking the length of Hadrian's Wall, a total of 84 miles. I did the walk in September 2003 with my walking companion Brian, neither of us had ever undertaken anything as adventurous as walking 15 miles in a day, never mind for 6 days. Day I - Bowness-on-Solway to Carlisle. 15 miles. Day II - Carlisle to Banks. 13 miles. Day III - Banks to Twice Brewed. 12.5 miles. Day IV - Twice Brewed to Chollerford. 12 Miles.
