Chicken Breast - Smokenator style! Those poor chicken breasts didn't stand a chance. The meat was prepared by first removing the skin since I don't eat it and wouldn't want it getting in the way of the smoke anyway. I then used some of my Base Rub. Minus the chili powder on 4 of them. The other 4 got a dose of Emeril's Essence.
