Sunday, October 12, 2008. Ashley - Downtown Lees' Summit Part 1. We had a blast today taking Ashley through downtown Lee's Summit to shoot her senior photos. Ashley has a sweet spirit and joy oozes through her beautiful smile. We couldn't have asked for a more dramatic sky. It offered beautiful blue, dark, stormy, and even sun shine in between the clouds. This is part one of a two part shoot. Next stop will be downtown Kansas City. We had so many good photos it was hard to stop with these few.

Sunday, June 29, 2008. Clesie Learns to Jump in the Pool. Our Yellow Lab Ecclesiastes, aka Clesie, learned how to swim this week. It's great to watch how quickly he learns new things. Not long ago he wouldn't touch the pool water, so one day I gently helped him sit on the first step. After a few hours the curiosity got the better of him and he ventured deeper into the pool. Thursday, December 20, 2007. I had an opportunity to photograph Mack and Betsy last year for their Christmas pictures. The temperature was just above freezing last year, but we made it through and the pictures came out great. We had so much fun last year that I was thrilled to photograph them again this year. These kids were great! We shared a lot of laughter and silliness together. In between shots Mack brought out the football. Here’s a few shots from our outing. Betsy's eyes are absolutely striking!
