Friday, March 2, 2012. Update For March 2, 2012. Dear Friends and Prayer Partners:. Well, as I predicted, it has been a long time since I have written to you with a surgery / health update. I am ready to send out a report that I hope you will find as good news. I also have begun physical therapy. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Well, this is the last post. The surgeon feels I am doing really well. I can say I feel better than I have in three years. Truthfully. While I continue with real restrictions many have lifted and I am carrying on a rather normal life. I have returned to work full time. I preach every Sunday though I still use a stool. I likely will for a while just to allow me to not over extend myself. I welcome your continued prayer. I do have a long ways to go but I am getting there. Thanks t...

Friday, February 17, 2012. Dear Friends and Family,. Last Monday I had a long and positive visit with my surgeon. Here is a summary of the meeting. He feels I am doing well and about where I should be for three months out. The bone fusions seem to be fused and growing as they are supposed to do. None of the hardware (screws, plates, rods, etc.,) have come loose or shifted. That is good news. I am getting stronger but very weak in my back area but clearly I am getting stronger. So, it was a good report.
