Tuesday, April 1, 2014. My {First} Whole 30. Based on curiosity I purchased this book:. And I am proud to say that. What is Whole 30 you ask? No sugars and sugar substitutes (syrup/honey included). No grains {including corn}. Eat are fruits, veggies, minimally processed meats, and a few nuts and fats. That's the long and short of it. I did step on the scale. That was my one cheat. There were NO food cheats. I needed to cut ties completely in both these arenas. Today is Day 31. Splash my coffee with a REAL.
