早期的庄腳並沒有繁榮的景象，當時每個壯丁總要用很多的汗水，才能換得斗米 ，期間反倒是周勝雄先生自家的饅頭、包子，因為提供了上班族廉價的裹腹條件，生意很好口味亦備受肯定 然而在社會的變遷中 ，已非昔日的饅頭或包子可撐大業，周勝雄先生於是朝向多方面的學習並與家人共同研發口味下，增產了麻花桃酥餅批售於基隆各 地，自此累積成果而小有名氣。 隨著兒女的相繼問世，於大家庭中偌大 的空間拓展總是有限，於數年後在與賢妻商量及其督促下，終於決定自立門戶，僅以區區 200 元為本創始，在不斷的努力經營下漸 漸步入正軌，進而復出手藝，生產中式漢餅 結婚喜餅 ，因口味獨特，深獲客人喜歡，生意蒸蒸日上 有感於一家五口的團聚及 為事業植根，方於老街的鐵道邊購屋自立，並致力於產品的多元性研發，且創立自己的品牌，乃 珍味香 創店之始，自此，生意 一帆風順，早期的辛酸已化為喜悅。 暖暖總店 基隆市暖暖街182號 Tel (02)2457-4956 Fax (02)2459-2347. 仁一店 基隆市仁一路261號 Tel (02)2423-2050 Fax (02)2426-0046.
