Going to really be a rough semester! School Levy fails.why didn't they try marketing? On election day, the voters of Vanlue school district voted against the building of a new school that would be funded 74% by the state of Ohio. Why? 1 Vote yes for Vanlue signs were not displayed until the week before elections.
