Jills Drawings and More. Friday, March 28, 2014. Landscape Painting in Color. Here is my landscape painting after I added color! Color was a lot more challenging for me than black and white. It was harder for me to gradually change values while also changing color. I liked the Grisaille technique because it made it a lot easier to see the different values when it was time to use color, especially for one of my first paintings.
