Although I don’t like eggs, the rest of my family does and this is the easiest thing to make when I realize that I need to make something in a hurry. 1 finely chopped onion. 2- 3 curry leaves. 1tbsp yellow mustard seeds. 1 tbsp ginger paste. 1 tbsp garlic paste. 2 finely chopped ripe tomatoes. 1 tsp turmeric(haldi) powder. 1 cup of water.
