Total : 72,491. 근육이 수축하기 위해서는 전기가 발생되어야 가능하다. 그래서 심장 내에는 자발적으로 규칙적인 전기를 발생시키고 심장전체로 전기 신호를 전달하는 전기 전달 체계(그림1)가 있다. 이런 체계의 변화나 기능부전등에 의해 초래되는 불규칙하거나 비정상적인 심박동을 부정맥이라 한다. 부정맥(arrhythmia)은 비정상적인 심장의 리듬으로, 이는 심장의 전기자극 형성이나 자극전도에 이상이 있을 때 발생하며 맥박은 규칙적이기도 하고 불규칙적이기도 하며, 맥박수는 정상일 수도 있으나, 너무 빠르거나 너무 느린 박동수를 나타낼 수도 있다. 부정맥은 그 종류가 다양하여 증상이 없고 혈역학적으로 장애를 주지않아 치료가 필요 없는 경우도 있지만, 실신 등의 증세를 나타내며 적절한 응급처치를 하지 않으면 사망하는 경우도 있다.

Home 진료정보 고주파 절제술. 고주파전극도자절제술은 심장내에 위치한 전극도자를 통해 라디오주파전류(radiofrequency current)를 방출하여 국소적인. 조직괴사를 일으켜서 부정맥 발생부위를 없애거나 회귀회로를 절제하는 치료법이다. 부정맥의 치료에는 항부정맥제가 도움이 될 수 있지만, 장기적으로 복용해야 하는 단점이 있다. 반면 일부 부정맥의 경우 그 원인이 되는 부위에 대한 전극도자절제술을 시행해서 성공할 경우 이를 완치할 수 있다는 장점이 있어, 환자의 나이가 젊거나, 증상이 심하여 발작이 빈번하거나, 장기간의 항부정맥제 복용이 어려운 환자 등에서 특히 추천된다.

Total : 72,491. 응급 환자의 발생시 인명구조술을 전문적으로 교육을 받은 인원과 적합한 장비를 가진 구급차가 즉시 출동하여 처치를 행하여야 하지만,. 쓰러져 있는 환자를 발견하면 의식소실여부를 평가하기 위하여 환자를 가볍게 두드리거나 흔들면서 "여보세요 괜찮습니까? 또는 "정신 차리세요"라고 해 본다. 사고에 의한 환자에서는 경추손상이 동반될 수 있으므로 환자를 지나치게 흔들지 않는다. 환자가 의식이 없으면 응급정보센터(또는 소방서, 경찰)로 즉시 전화하여 환자의 위치, 연락하고 있는 곳의 전화번호, 환자발생 상황, 필요한 응급처치, 환자구조를 위하여 필요한 구조자의 수, 환자에게 시행되고 있는 응급조치 내용 등에 관하여 알려준 후 환자가 있는 장소로 돌아와 환자의 호흡과 맥박이 있는지 확인한다. 환자의 맥박을 확인하고 심폐소생술을 하려면 환자를 반드시 눕혀야 한다. 의식이 없는 환자에서는 이물에 의한 기도폐쇄가 없는 경우에도 혀와 인후를 구성하고 있는 근육이 이완되어 혀에 의하여.
