Here's just a glimpse into our lives in K-land. Friday, November 26, 2010. On the first day of their Hajj holiday, all the kids come around and say, Happy Holiday, and then you give them candy. Yes, it's like trick or treating. Susan enjoys giving the candy out and seeing the kids. She is pretty in her K dress. These are my famous hamburgers. I can not tell my friends I made hamburgers b/c they all get mad b/c I did not invite them. I'm gettin' hungry. Helps me deal with culture frustration sometimes.

In five inches of mud and could not get out! It took a total of 9 men a truck, a F-350, and 4 police men in 3 hours. Mud was everywhere on the car, the truck, my feet and clothes.
