My clothes all seem loose, the hemline of my jeans and slacks sweep the floor, my watch dangling on my wrist all the time. Really exhausting work being a medical HO, I can tell you. You immerse yourself into whatever you're doing for the day, working non-stop until you have no time to sit down and think. After a while, you actually think that you're all right with everything.
