I have a philosophy of racing question, if you win a race but there isn't an official time do you still have bragging rights? STAY AT THE BEACH MOM. Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Soccer season has started and with 2 playing this year that means no beach Saturdays but we can't really complain. This is where Ella has her games. She is a proud member of the "Lalaloopsies" and Dad is the Assistant Coach. The girls are having a great time and are all smiles even after being completely trounced by the "Pretty Pinkalicious Panthers" on Saturday. The end result is they look pretty darn cute out there! STAY AT THE BEACH MOM. Sunday, April 18, 2010. The View from the bike. Sometime in the next six weeks I need to get really good at bike riding so I can survive the 56 mile portion of the half ironman in June. As a result I have been spending more time on the bike. A lot of it in my living room. This is from one of my favorite places to ride, I love it because there is very little car traffic and the cars that are there move slowly. However as you can see from the photo there are planes!

So I had this very clever post composed in my head comparing Jack Bauer's 24 hrs to the past 24 hrs in our household with a sick girl, teething baby and "bored" kid hyped for Christmas but as 24 hrs grew into 48 hrs of puking, chewing and complaining somehow the humor was lost. Sometimes when people find out we homeschool I get that sad look, like they imagine I'm stuck at home all day forcing my children to do calculus. Nothing could be further than the truth! A week in the life. Homeschool Science Club drawing pictures of insects. Swim lessons with Mark the Shark. Homeschool field trip to the Kualoa Ranch and fish ponds. Ballet class with the incredible Miss Nicole. Lunch date with Dad at the Discovery Center.
