Justin Neitzey: Know When To Fold 'Em
http://justinneitzey.blogspot.com/2014/04/know-when-to-fold-em.html
My life. My experiences. Know When To Fold 'Em. It was a surprise to receive a request to go to McDonald's for food when, in fact, we're pretty sure he's never seen a McDonald's commercial (yes, really), doesn't remember ever being in a place called McDonald's, and had either of the previous statements been true, would not want to go there to eat things. But some kid wouldn't let him play with their Skylanders toy. Ball Pets. Daddy? That was the commercial that was on. Labels: diary of a father.

Justin Neitzey: Our Foray Into Sports
http://justinneitzey.blogspot.com/2013/09/our-foray-into-sports.html
My life. My experiences. Our Foray Into Sports. Up until now most of our activities our son has taken part in have been solo sort of affairs like swimming, dance classes, playing the bath tub; the kind of activities that you really always come out the winner (unless you splash water out of that tub, which is a total fail). Please remember, future coaches of children: the lessons you teach follow them home. Orange cones exist spiritually in every object in the house. But I digress. RSS and Email Updates.

http://warwickmoves.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Trying to get fit and be a good man for my family. Monday, March 31, 2014. March Failures Bring April. Shailures? We have a habit of spiraling a bit after big events. Since Shamrock, while we've continued to work out, my eating habits have gotten worse and worse and our family spending has remained on vacation. I'm writing this on March 31st because April needs to bring change. Main foods for April:. Smoothies for breakfast when I have time, cereal or oatmeal when I don't. Nuts and seeds for snacks.

Trying to get fit and be a good man for my family. Sunday, March 17, 2013. VA Beach Shamrock 8k. The music didn't stop. My mix was designed with a healthy PR in mind. This winter I had pretty much decided on 1:10:00 as my goal. It's nearly 16 minutes better than my old PR, and would mean 14 min/mile. Therefore, when selecting music, I was happy when I made a 1:09:00 mix. That meant when Jay-Z was over, I would have less than a minute to finish under my goal. This weekend solidified my love of races. ...

Being MOM means being ME.: Do You Have Any Questions
http://neckobaby.blogspot.com/2014/03/do-you-have-any-questions.html
The transformation into motherhood. Friday, March 28, 2014. Do You Have Any Questions. Our pediatrician asked us this question 4 times at our 18 month check up. The first time she asked, we brought up potty training right away. Our son is starting to tell us when he poops (he gets it right about 50% of the time). By the third time she asked us, I looked at my husband and we both had this look that said: "uh oh. is NOT having any questions bad? Do we have any questions? I don't have any questions, do you?

The transformation into motherhood. Saturday, June 21, 2014. Vacationing with a Toddler. I've been saying a few things since we entered toddlerhood:. 1 We have it easy. Our kid is so up for anything, so curious, so funny, happy, charming and loving. He is amazing. 2 Parenting is NOT for the faint of heart. These two things seem in conflict, right? If our kid is so amazing, then what the heck is prompting me to say parenting isn't for the faint of heart? So please know: if we stay with you we will fill yo...
