Dec 23rd, 2013. One of my favorite tricks to get the most use out of my wardrobe is turning a dress into a skirt. As long as the bodice is tight, it’s really simple to do. I added a short tee over this glitter dress. Then used a belt to hold it in place (this belt was actually a purse strap!
