I went down the street from Kadapa a couple days ago with Sam to a little stand where a man sells soda and pressurized air. He will inflate anything: Car tires, bike tires, footballs, etc. I brought a little red playground ball, and he turned it over in his hands and then retrieved a little needle from his box of adapters.
