Does anyone know about the technicalities of getting a master's abroad? Looking at the program course requirements, they seem pretty similar to American universities except that they take 2 years rather than 2.5 and there is no period of strictly fieldwork with no classes. I'm looking into OT programs and I'm wondering whether anyone can make suggestions. This is what I'm interested in:. Sensory integration or work with autistic children. Forensic OT, especially in forensic psychiatric hospitals. Technology - I have some background in IT and programming and I'm interested in eventually working with technology aspects of OT, like developing computer programs for people with disabilities.
