Last weekend, in line with the healthy lifestyle, we decided to explore some of the National Parks in this island, and we found ourselves at the Kent Ridge Park. Couple of Saturdays ago, after spending almost 3 hours in the kitchen rushing to prepare a lunch for 10 persons left me with nothing but exhaustion. But since it was such a beautiful Saturday (yes, it was an exceptional gorgeous day with clear blue sky! It would only be a shame if I didn't go out to embrace the sun and some fresh air, so I grabbed my camera and off we went to Kranji Reservoir Park.

I am not a big fan of fried rice, but my hubby, his cousin brothers, nephews and nieces just love it especially the one with "Sambal" flavours. This is almost like a quintessential comfort food for them. These are what you'll need:. 4 cup of cooked rice (at least one day old / place the rice in a big bowl and use your fingers to break up any lumps. 240g of Salmon steak. 1 table spoon of butter.

In fact I was so excited when I knew that I was going to photograph her even before she was born. Sweet little Sarah is the 04th child of Esther ( a strong and multi-talented mum that I came to know recently). Sarah was just about 2 weeks old when I photographed her, and such a beautiful newborn too! Cha Xiu Bao (HK).
