In Home Safety Services. Provides transportation for Kenosha residents that are 60 years or older and/or disabled adults that are ambulatory and have difficulty using public transit. This service helps Kenosha County residents attend local and regional medical appointments. Shopping for groceries, prescriptions, banking and other personal business are also made possible by our volunteer program. Hear what people have to say about us. In Home Safety Services. In Home Safety Services. Studies show that removing children can be more traumatizing than putting services in the home and maintaining safety. This program was created as an alternative to removing children from the home. Services work to control impending danger threats. Workers are in the home 1-7 days a week and 3-4 times in one day. Workers meet every two weeks with the family, caseworker, and other service providers involved to discuss changes needed or progress being made.
