Yoga, health, nature, and smiles. Birthdays– time to look back and think ahead. March 29, 2015. So with an upcoming birthday, I can’t help feeling strange. I will be 24, which is older than my older sister lived (she passed away at 23, when I was 19). So that alone makes this an unusual birthday– my first year that she didn’t already get to try out and show me what it’s like. BUT– now I am about 40 lbs, maybe more, heavier than I was two years ago. But birthdays are time to trust, hope, and be content.
