Monday, December 21, 2009. I can't believe it, can you? She's such a big girl! We went to the Dr. this morning and it was awful! Sophie screamed as soon as he walked in the door and didn't stop until he left. We didn't even do shots! He said everything looks good; she's 31 1/2" (50 %), 22.8# (25%), and head circumference is in the 95%! I have a prissy, petite girl with a noggin! Miss Independent likes to do thing her way. IE yogurt all over her dress from feeding herself and screaming when I tried to help.

Monday, April 12, 2010. We hadn't sealed the grout/tile yet, which made it a little darker and shiney-er(? The grey is almost black now from the seal. We did the demolition.I guess I should say Matt did it and I helped! We also laid all the tile - we're pretty handy. Thursday, May 28, 2009. We had such a good time in Destin. Fl Matt and I have been a few times, but it was a first for my family, and of course, for Sophie! She did really well in the car - the 3 of us drove to Little Rock early and visited with Matt's family, then mine came and picked us up in a 12 passenger van! The entire group - Soon-to-be Uncle Ethan, Aunt Skye, Aunt Sloane, Soon -to-be Uncle Darren, Giddie. Momma Jo, Sophie, Matt, me, Uncle Sutton. Can't wait to see you again soon! And had a blast!

Wednesday, October 21, 2009. She still won't sit still for a picture, so once again, this was the best of the bunch. She's a busy body! Even with snotty nose and runny eyes - thanks Oklahoma allergies! And this is what Daddy picked out for her to wear - isn't it lovely. At least she has a bow in her hair! He stayed at home with her this morning while I worked for a few hours. He said she LOVED playing in the backyard independently! Wednesday, October 7, 2009.
