My hands have certainly been occupied, but not on the keyboard. I made an appearance for the Annual Historic Seattle Bungalow Fair, and I will. Post some photos the new designs I showed there. I am proud to say this is my own decoction based on the pros and cons of other peach ice creams. I used coconut milk instead of milk and heavy cream because my husband claims I am trying to sabotage his diet by putting milk and cheese in everything. The coconut milk ended up perfectly complimenting the flavor of the peaches. 6 ripe cling peaches.
