Sunday, September 1, 2013. Weekend at Deer Valley. Their energy was amazing and it was so much fun to sing and dance the night away. After an eventful start to the evening, once we actually got into the concert we were so glad that we stuck it out. We all agreed that it was one of the best shows we had ever been to and we loved every minute of it. Embracing the hilarity of our situation. Hot chocolate in August never tasted so good. Saturday, November 17, 2012. Bit by the reading bug. A few months ago my co-worker recommended a series that her and my other co-worker love. I was a little skeptical because they are "mormon books". She brought the first one for me to borrow and I have been completely hooked. Good thing there are like 20 books. Last night I sat down to continue reading one that I was about half way through and before I knew it I was done! I had been reading for hours. Hours! Your book group loving mother loves this post!

Thursday, August 4, 2011. We went to Utah in June to visit family and bless little sean (who is not so little) and we had a great time. Going back made me really miss my family and all the great things we can do there like four wheeling in the mountains. Don't get me wrong I am loving Boston but going back made my heart ache for Utah. Absence makes the heart grow fonder right! Park and Easton cruisin around. The best waterfall at the top. It was a little chilly in the shade but it was really pretty.

Tuesday, November 1, 2011. This year for Halloween, Shaylie was a bumble bee. Curtis was Troy and I was Liz from the show Swamp People. Ozzy was our Alligator that we were hunting. My nephew Jake also was an alligator so we decided to get him in on our picture of the Swamp People. I am SUCH a good mom. I taught Shaylie this song. It feels like just yesterday Rhett and I were sitting in a hospital room waiting to go back in the OR to have our baby! Here are a few things about Oaklee:. Nicknames we call her. Little O, Little girl, Little baby, Pumpkin, Sweet Pea, Oaks, and baby girl. She loves Give said the little stream song and a song that her daddy made up for her! It is so cute!
