For some apparent reason, on a daily basis, I am roused at this hour. 3 am and when this happens, I have a hard time going back to sleep.what usually happens to me:. I get a terrible asthma attack and tremendous difficulties in breathing. Dogs are barking continuously and sometimes to the extent of deep howling. Some force wakes me up with a jolt. I get weird dreams. I hear strange noises which wakes me up.
