We started out with a quick jaunt over to see some Hairy Coos (cows…imagine the accent here! Hamish, Honey, and Hamish Dubh (Black in Gaelic). They’re goofy and adorable and look a little bit like emo boys with bangs constantly in their eyes. Hamish the Hairy Coo. And did I mention the fluffy sheep blanketing the hillsides?
