Ealthcare is a major issue and a life long concern in every society that we live in. But it is an urgent issue in the rural areas of Afghanistan hard hit by the catastropical events for the past 24 years. A proverb among Afghans, it says: Wisdom exists in good Health. KRC’s current healthcare activities are as follows:. Patients with chronic or serious illness are advised to seek assistance from major providers outside the District. KRC healthcare staff is screening individuals with deficiency diseases.

Children have spent the last two years studying under temporary huts. It has been a part time school. KRC established its first full time school with initial enrollment of 450 boys and girls in the middle of March of 2003.
