Friday, December 20, 2013. I'm not going to lie, adjusting to 2 kids has been hard! And not just on me and Kam, Grant has had a difficult time with it too! Now that Meg is almost 3 months old, I'm finally feeling like I've gotten a handle on some things. I've at least jumped some of the big hurdles, like figuring out when to shower (this is a biggy! Going shopping with 2 kids, going back to work and leaving 2 kids (for the little bit I do work anyway! I get A LOT of these looks while I nurse Meg :}.

Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Grant enjoyed Halloween a bit more this year than last. He has gotten really good at taking candy out of a bowl and putting it in the bag, although he gets tired of putting it in the bag since mommy is mean and won't let him eat it right away! We went to our ward Trunk or Treat. Because I was in charge of it. Daddy forgot his costume. Getting distracted by the other kids. I dressed up since I was in charge :). Well, I'm lookin' but I can't see! Isn't he the cutest little dragon?

Friday, December 20, 2013. Introducing Baby Ballentine #2! So, maybe this is a little late since she's almost 3 months old now, but hey, I deserve a break after having a baby, right? I think Mommy and Daddy have a hard time calling me by my full name. Most of the time I get called Meg, sissy, sister sue, missy Meg, little girl, Meggers and my brother just calls me baby! Even so, I love my little family! The first time I met my brother. I think he's going to. Be a good brother to me :). Too sure about me!

Thursday, June 6, 2013. I took Grant to the zoo for the first time in March. We went with my brother and his family on one of the nice sunny days. Of course, that meant there were a lot more people there too. It wasn't too crowded though, and we had a good time. Grant even paid attention to some of the animals :). Getting a picture with the giant elephant was not easy. And of course he wouldn't look! My niece showing how she compares to the apes :). He was totally enthralled with the seals.

Friday, May 25, 2012. I must say that I have the cutest little boy! This is my totally unbiased opinion of course ;) Well, for the past month I haven't blogged because I've been too busy enjoying his cuteness and watching him learn new things. (Plus watching 2 of my nieces in the afternoons. Three kids keeps one busy! We have been pretty good at videoing some of these things so here goes a video heavy post! I love that he knows what I'm saying :). Daddy likes to play with him and he just lets him!

We went and saw some amazing houses at the Parade of Homes. For dinner we went to the Black Bear Cafe. If you are down in the area, I highly recommend you go there. The food was wonderful and the portions were huge. This picture is for my dad. There was a house that had a lot of decor similar to steampunk.
