Our Not So Boring Life. Monday, September 27, 2010. The boys played football on Saturday at Riley. We experienced a very scary looking storm that developed during the games. This was the beginning. Lots of lightning and dark clouds. Then the clouds began to look like this. It was cold and very windy! I would say it was one of the strangest storms I have been in! Our Not So Boring Life. Sunday, March 20, 2011. Tanner is State Bound! The last two weekends have been filled with State Qualifiers for wrestling. Tanner was super excited to hopefully qualify in his weight bracket. It was not without a bit of nerves however! He ended up having to re-wrestle his bracket because there was a 3 way tie. Our Not So Boring Life. Sunday, May 16, 2010. We had our second weekend of softball on Sunday. This time we were in Salina. It was cloudy, wet and cool, but no rain- which was amazing! I sure thought we were going to get soaked when we were on our way this morning! Of course, we had the early game, so we were on the road bright and early again. Tearney was super excited last evening when her cake arrived courtesy of her best birthday friend, Kassi. You see, Kassi filled in for mom one year when I was at the hospital with Mylee. They won all of their games, although one got a little too close for comfort! They are the 8U Division 4 Champions! Now we will be off to the State Tournament in mid-July. Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
