Our life and living overseas. Hurry Up and Wait. Many friends have been asking for an update so I figured I’d sit down and update. 🙂. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind. Lots of paperwork to be filled out to obtain our visas to live in Belgium, buying items needed in Belgium that are much cheaper here in the USA, spending invaluable time with family and friends over Thanksgiving Break and most recently the past 36 hours we have been sorting thru our belongings for the movers who come in 2 days.

Our life and living overseas. I don’t normally venture out too far by myself Especially if it’s an area that only speaks French! My French speaking skills have not progressed but I’m looking into and immersion course for myself so that I can feel comfortable whenever I’m to playing tour guide in Paris with several different groups of friends and family this summer! I pretty much had the entire place to myself for a good 45 minutes but as I was leaving dozens of cars and a tour bus showed up!

Stuffed Green Peppers (Vegetarian). 3 large green bell peppers. Cooked rice (2-3 cups? 8211; the better the rice, the better the rice! We like jasmine or basmati best. 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed). 1 large can diced tomatoes (Muir Glen is the closest to home-canned I’ve found). 3 cloves garlic, minced.
